To become a hybrid, you need:
Most hybrids require Level 20 minimum. Focus on completing quests, defeating devils, and grinding experience to reach this level before attempting hybrid transformation.

Reach Level 20, obtain a Devil Heart by farming raid fragments, get a Surgery Kit, and consume the heart from your inventory. Some hybrids also require joining specific factions.

The hybrid transformation process is primarily designed for Human characters. If you're a Fiend, you already have unique abilities and transformations.
Hybrids and contracts serve different purposes. Hybrids give unique skillsets but prevent contract use in hybrid form. Consider your playstyle!
With a 10% drop rate per raid and needing 6 fragments, expect several hours to days of farming depending on RNG and raid clear speed.
You can only be one hybrid type at a time. To switch, you'd need to farm a new Devil Heart and undergo transformation again.
